Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team, primarily based in Mumbai, with responsibilities extending to our offices in Marol ,Mumbai. This role focuses on both recruitment and HR operations, with an emphasis on the BPO sector, handling both voice and non-voice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (80%):
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage and utilize a mix of sourcing channels including job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and employee referrals.
HR Operations (20%):
- Support HR operations including employee records management, leave and attendance management, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and queries related to HR policies and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Experience in handling both voice and non-voice process recruitments.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in various sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
