Position:

Work in the Talent Management Team and independently run various projects from time to time across service lines within the organization. Projects include Performance Management, Employee Integration, L&D etc.

Job Responsibilities

1.Manage Performance Management & Drive Talent Identification process

2.Employee Life cycle: Should have hands on experience of Hire to Retire

3.Employee Enablement: Partners with the team, talent acquisition and business operations in order to ensure that the employee is properly onboarded and integrated

4.Employee Integration: Conducting check ins, administering pulse surveys, round tables and developing action plans to progressive change.

5.Talent Management, Recognition and Development: Support a high-performance culture by being a champion to our recognition programs and partnering with leaders on employee development and engagement, knowing when to take action.

6.Employee Relations: Is proactive about addressing concerns, having tough conversations, conduct investigations and escalate where appropriate. Should have an experience of conflict management

7.Performance Management: Should have experience of working on PMS system. Should be able to deliver our performance review process and coaching leaders to have meaningful conversations to change behavior and empowering our teams to be their best. Analyze feedback from managers and employees and help to bring their disconnect to zero.

8.Employee Exits: Has the trust and credibility to conduct exit interviews, drawing trends over time and addressing any issues.

9.Analytics: Should have the understanding of working on the data analysis and provide the insights into attrition and possible solutions

10. Work on L&D initiatives for the firm taking in account the need of different teams/ service lines.

11.Manage the entire operations of Talent Management function independently including data management, MIS, analysis & presentation.

12.Attrition Management- Monthly/ yearly attrition percentage
