HR Business Partner is responsible for partnering with business. He / She would be responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building mechanisms to drive performance management, Associate engagement and development, counseling, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. The Manager - HRBP will understand requirements of business and will work closely with Delivery leadership to offer tailor made solutions.
MBA with 6-8 years experience .Should have knowledge of the principles and practices of HR & an understanding of employment Laws / HR practices.
