ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Partner to join our engaging HR team.
Reporting to the Manager, People and Capability, you will be responsible for providing business advice and support to Managers across our business on a range of HR services. From Recruitment, Learning & Development, Health Safety & Wellbeing and employee relations you will guide the people leaders of the Institute in our strategic priorities. Duties include developing and implementing areas aligned to workforce management, diversity and inclusion and cultural change.

TO BE A SUCCESS IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
A tertiary qualification in human resources or similar discipline is essential together with substantial experience in an HR environment.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills and experience managing and leading a team.
Extensive experience in developing productive relationships with key stakeholders to build co-operative working relationships.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in the management and delivery of services within a complex organisation.
Demonstrated expertise in the areas of business process improvements, change management and project management.
Demonstrated high level systems skills including the Human Resource Information System CHRIS21 to support accountabilities of the position.
Experience within a sector focused on quality service delivery to stakeholders.
Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
