Responsibilities:
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Evaluate training programs
• Suggest new HR strategies
• Administration of the performance management cycle
• Refinement of the competency framework
• Continuous and productive engagement with employees
• Success in creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Requirements
• 2-7 years of experience as a HR BP
• Exceptional in maintaining all HR related metrics
• Excellent people management skills
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Strong ability to form relationships across the organization, navigate through it and influence leadership to drive agendas.
• Hands-on approach to work, someone who can not only strategise but also get
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
• Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information
• Demonstrate ability to establish trust, fairness and credibility with employees, managers and other partners
• Solid team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Ensure process coverage across Account, track progress of completion and follow up to get it on track
