Being a core part of the HR team, you'll be accountable for a wide range of tasks primarily talent acquisition, employee onboarding and orientation, employee engagement, learning and development and more so be a trusted HR partner to employees across and ensure they gain the best culture experience at Raise.
Expected Responsibilities:
Manage Talent acquisition and conduct end to end onboarding of employees. To ensure closure of position are closed within the expected TAT via usage of job portals and social media.
Support the business by providing assistance in identifying, developing, facilitating and monitoring training programs for employees.
Ensure employee queries, requests and grievances are responded as per the expected TAT.
Drive a positive work environment founded on core values and ethics in accordance with organisational vision and practices via HR initiatives.
Manage the employee engagement calendar all year through, making sure all activities planned are well executed. Tracking effectiveness of each activity and share timely insights for employee engagement.
Manager employer branding initiatives in order to build and promote the organization's reputation as a great place to work.
Expected Skills:
Graduation in any field. MBA/Post Graduation will be preferred.
4 to 6 years of proven experience as an HR or working in a similar role.
High sense of ownership with learning attitude, critical thinker with solution oriented approach.
Passion for HR with strong execution skills and an employee first approach.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to build effective relationships and trusted HR
Think organisation first and aim for improvisation in HR processes/ initiatives if required.
Deadline driven, resilient, self-motivated, analytical approach, eye for detail are key essentials for the role.
Strong ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced and changing environment.

At Raise, we are building technology-led consumer products & infrastructure services to serve Indians with Financial Services across financing, insurance, investing, payments and wealth.
We are building for the financially aware & financially literate users, largely focusing on the top 25 Mn+ tax paying residents in metros, urban cities & towns in India.
