Work Mode: Fully on-site with 50% travel across all the locations in the North Zone

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional for North Zone. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations and Kitchen teams on building harmonious employee relations and will be responsible for managing employee grievances, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring the North Zone workforce remains
engaged and productive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee and manage all HR aspects of the employee life cycle within the North Zone, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and offboarding.
Develop and maintain strong employee relations by actively engaging with employees, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Central HR teams to plan, drive and deliver the targets related to hiring, training, engagement, rewards and employee experience.
Collaborate with managers to ensure the effective implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Support and assist in driving engagement surveys across the Zone. Review the response and facilitate the operations head in action planning basis the employee engagement scores.
Maintain accurate employee data record and assist in HR Audit
Work closely with corporate HR teams and Operations team to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
You will be the right incumbent if you meet most of the below specifications:
Minimum qualification will be a postgraduate in MHRM / MBA or equivalent
Minimum experience of 7+ years in HR experience of working with Blue Collars
Hands-on experience in managing employee grievance, employee relations
Willingness to Travel
Conflict and crisis management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to influence and partner with people across levels and functions
