Employee Engagement
• Fun at work
• Medical insurances & group Mediclaim
• Managing employee separation
• Policy implementation
• Query resolution for staff

Performance Management
• Follow-ups on completion of performance cycle
• Managing the Absence policy
• Printing memo's for poor performance/disciplinary issues as per policy

Statutory Compliance
• Ensuring submission of returns to appropriate authorities
• Ensuring audit compliance in all HR processes/trackers

Reports, HRMIS & Misc
• Staff list updation and maintenance
• Attrition report
• All other reports as required (ID card data, GMI data, absence report etc)
• Personal file maintenance
• HR file maintenance
• Vendor management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Educated to graduate level or equivalent degree.
• Postgraduate or diploma in HR
• 4 plus years of experience in the field of HR / 6 plus years of experience in the field of HR in case of no HR degree or Diploma
• Experience in generalist profile managing HR operations.
