Role: HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions
Location: Pune
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
Key Job Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Key Business stakeholders, COEs, Business Leaders and the HR colleagues to deliver HR Strategies seamlessly, in line with the business needs & priorities and act as the focal point for designing & driving key digital initiatives.
Talent Management: Establish & Implement long term Talent Management processes leading to assessing & developing critical talent from leadership development standpoint.
Performance Management System: Incumbent will be responsible for devising & implementing the PMS agenda for the corporate functions.
Change Management: Change Management related communication to Business and aligning the implementation for different units.
Support any specific OD / change management initiatives ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all change management initiatives.
Learning & Development: Develop LOD process roadmap for a globally driven system enhancement project. Organize Developmental & Leadership programs for the employees.
Employee Engagement: Running the employee engagement & employee experience initiatives at organization level through regular interventions & advising actions to improving the same.
Talent Acquisition: Anticipate & meet talent requirement in accordance to organization’s business objectives.
Workforce Planning: Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
Employee Engagement: Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across corporate functions to ensure an engaged workforce environment.
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent, preferably from an Institute of repute.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Ideal incumbent should be someone with around 5 to 6 years of work experience in HRBP role of a large/mid-sized organization.
• Demonstrated experience in driving change management and organizational development initiatives is a must.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices & regulations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments and openness to new ideas and approaches.
• Ability to build strong relationships & collaborate effectively across all levels in the organization. *Exceptional stakeholder management skills across BU’s and Functions.
