Human Resources Coordinator
The role
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide recruitment advice and support to the agency. Working collaboratively with the Senior Advisor, Business Partnering, you will assist in managing the recruitment function and providing advice and support on processes, procedures and recruitment related activities. This position communicates with internal and external stakeholders, supporting hiring managers and ensures a positive candidate experience.
The role performs a range of services, including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, performance management, project coordination, scribing, and secretariat and line area assistance on a variety of human resource matters within service delivery timeframes.

Key duties and accountabilities
APS4 Human Resource Coordinator works under general supervision to provide support to deliver Human Resources (HR) services and advice to managers and other staff. Tasks and duties may include but is not limited to:
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes for Sport Integrity Australia including advertising positions, coordinating interviews, completion of required documentation
• Advertising jobs using appropriate systems, advertising platforms or other innovative techniques to maximise the reach to potential candidates and the existing workforce
• Providing best-practice advice to hiring managers on effective screening and selection methods to ensure the best talent is recruited on the basis of merit and the principals of equity, fairness and transparency
• Supporting the employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes through the eRecruitment system
• Applying legislation, enterprise agreements and determinations, employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Monitoring and responding to general enquiries to the Human Resources inbox and Recruitment inbox, in consultation with other senior HR advisers
• General administration support for the HR section
• Using the eRecruit system, including maintaining accurate information and providing user support
• Preparing reports for recruitment and other areas of human resources, where required

• Work to build and maintain productive relationships across the agency
• Complying with relevant legislation including but not limited to Public Service Act, Fair Work, Work Health and Safety policies, ICT policies, security policies and agency policies and delegations
