POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General administration duties associated with the employment lifecycle, including the generation of internal appointment and change letters and HRIS system updates.
Supporting respective HR Business Partners with regular compliance processes, including casual conversion, casual discontinuation, visa checks and internal background checks.
Management of the Associate Relations inbox, responding to queries ensuring quality and timely delivery within agreed service levels.
Support the administration of Human Resources initiatives and programs, as well as ad-hoc administration support to ensure agreed service levels are met.
Under the guidance of the HR Business Partnering team, provide Associates and Management with general advice on award interpretation and legislation.
Support the ongoing optimisation of Human Resources systems and processes of work, e.g. continuous improvement and a commitment to always enhance customer service
IDEAL EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / COMPETENCIES
Professional experience in an administrative or customer service capacity and a desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
Highly proficient computer skills across the Microsoft Suites and other database type systems such as Oracle, and document control systems
Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, to liaise across levels of the business
Strict adherence to confidentiality of information, and attention to detail, complimented by a drive to meet demands in a timely manner
A strong motivation to work efficiently unsupervised, and the ability to prioritise actions from a broad customer group.
