Design and develop an effective succession planning process to ensure management and professional readiness to meet the growth plans of the business

Consult with and mentor managers on employee relations issues; ensure that appropriate corrective actions are consistently administered and provide leadership to assess, investigate, mediate and correct issues

Utilizes results from employee engagement surveys to ensure planned improvements are relevant

Evaluate current HRIS and ensure automation to create synergy and eliminate duplicate work between systems

Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance

Job description

RUDIS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of RUDIS's mission and talent strategy. The HR Director is responsible for administering and overseeing the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

Job Responsibilities

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Masters degree preferred.

• 5+ years of Human Resource Management experience (preferably in apparel or retail industry)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven knowledge of employee laws and regulations.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with timeliness

• Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information and documents

• Commitment to the mission and values of RUDIS

• Wrestling background or knowledge is a plus but not required.
