We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. This is a critical role that will play a key part in driving the Memorial's success and achievement of its business objectives.

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in the delivery of HR services, including talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will work closely with senior management and Council to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in managing teams and developing and implementing HR initiatives. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels.
