Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Lead to join our client's team. This key leadership role demands a strategic HR partner with a robust background in private equity-owned environments and M&A activity. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing change, driving employee engagement, and navigating a large Union dynamic.
This is a hybrid work setting with a mix of remote, onsite work and travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or management or similar field.
• 8+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
• Proven experience within private equity-owned organizations, with a strong understanding of the pace and expectations associated with such environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing M&A activities and driving successful HR integrations.
• Strong background in change management, with a track record of leading through ambiguity and influencing stakeholders effectively.
