About This Role Roles and Responsibilities: • Increase organization staff by screening resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees to fill company job vacancies. • Schedule & conduct interviews with potential shortlisted candidates. • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms. • Send job offers to hired candidates and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes. • Completing paperwork for new and existing employees. • Payroll Processing, knowledge of TDS, and PF Compliance. • Promoting the company's reputation and attracting great employees. • Provide recruitment reports to the CEO. Recruiter Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Administration, or any other related field. • Proven experience of 1-2 years of working in the HR department of an organization, especially in IT Recruitment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Must have the ability to work as part of a team. • Must have experience in Employee Payroll Management. • Must have experience in working with HRMS Tools. • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent administrative and organizational skills. • Effective communication skills, along with Good English.
