Mad Result is looking for a Human Resource Executive to support and grow our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (Attendance, EEO Data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Handle the recruitment and placement of employees.
• Screen job candidates and conduct interviews to performing background checks and providing orientation to new employees.
Skills & Qualification:-
• Graduate in Human Resources with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Sound knowledge of entire recruitment cycle, job portals and sourcing right candidates for the positions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work on their own or in teams.
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate between them to close open positions.
• High standards of ethics & confidentiality maintenance.
Salary- 15,000 to 25,000 per month
