Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Naukri, Shine, Linkedin and also through social media and planning interviews.
Designing recruitment strategies
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
Shortlisting resumes based on a variety of criteria, including abilities, a recently updated resume, location, experience, and prior employers.
Good communication and relationship building skills.
Should have working knowledge of Excel management.
Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintaining data base of the candidates
Survey to develop new practices.
New Joiners Induction Training
New Joiners Coordination
