Job Title: HR Executive
Responsibilities
Track employees attendance, leaves and shift schedules.
Manage employees grievances and complaints.
Act as a conduit between the management and employees.
Screen new candidates and set up interviews and play a key role in recruitment.
Onboarding new hires and offboarding leaving employees.
Track disciplinary action and incident reports.
Manage payroll.
Qualifications
Minimum graduate degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent man management skills.
Experience: Varied
Pay package: Depends on experience, previous salary and interview process.
Location: On site, candidate must relocate/work in the hospital as per hospital policy.
