• Job Summary:
The HR is responsible for managing and implementing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy adherence. This role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce while fostering a positive work environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on performance improvement.
4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs.
- Coordinate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
5. HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure policy adherence and recommend improvements.
6. Benefits and Compensation:
- Administer employee benefits programs and educate employees on available benefits.
- Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation structures.
- Address compensation-related inquiries and issues.
7. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data insights to support decision-making and strategic HR planning.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
