Position- HR Executive
We are looking for an Admin / HR / Office manager to support our office in Ahmedabad, to help build and grow an agile development team, as well as take care of daily business administration. This job is permanent and full-time. If you are interested in working independently and service-oriented and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player, and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon.
Qualification:
• Human Resource Graduates or minimum 1 year of experience preferred in an office environment.
• Familiarity with HR activities is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, great organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Hiring of multilevel staff for our organization and manage recruiting, headhunting for new talent incl. interviews and onboarding.
• Routine administrative tasks.
• Maintaining employee files (offer letters, benefits paperwork, etc.)
• Preparation/monitoring attendance and leave policy, also ensure the accurate record keeping/data management.
• Responsible for staff welfare, Birthday celebration or any type festival celebration in the organization
• Handle social media platform of our company
• Managing infrastructure facilities of the organization
• Other allied work
