Role Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and providing general HR support.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR management, operations, and policies
• Excellent employee relations and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience in a Human Resources role
