Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have between 0-2 years of experience in HR or related fields. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an innovative, creative team and to help shape the future of our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Support the management in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Help in managing the company docs & client policies.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a human resources position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Proficient in some basic softwares like Exel (Zoho system will be plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
