Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Amreli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment skills, along with a robust understanding of various HR functions.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar HR role.
• Effective recruitment skills (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in employee relations and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
• Strong performance management capabilities, including handling appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Sound knowledge of HR policies and ability to implement them effectively.
• Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs.
• Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Ability to ensure HR compliance with local and national regulations.
• Competent in conflict resolution, with a proactive approach to mitigate workplace disputes.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Conduct performance appraisal and provide necessary feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
