Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HR Manager at CollegePass. The HR Manager will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. The role will be based in New Delhi with the opportunity for some remote work.

Qualifications
• HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in handling employee relations and implementing HR policies
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
