Handling the orientation of new employees.Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities.Conducting time-to-time training sessions for old and new employees of the organization.Liasioning with external recruitment agencies for closing positions on time.Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations
Ensuring that the employees are satisfied with their role in the organisation, the work environment.Handling performance management procedure and appraisals
Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organisation.Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing them to the management team when required.Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.Overseeing overall safety and health of the employees
Worker safety is a constant concern in the construction business and is one of the foremost duties and responsibilities of an HR manager.Conducting SWAT analysis of each employee and counselling them on the areas that need improvement.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Collaborate with the CEO to systematically develop, manage and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.Overall Administrative management of the office.Managing variable office locations pertaining to Architectural, Design, Project Management and Construction Management Human Resources.
