We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR/Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless human resource management, streamlining daily operations, and cultivating a productive and collaborative workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and managing the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Plan and execute team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and initiatives that foster collaboration and morale.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
