Qualification:-
• Minimum Graduate
• Bachelor /master of Commerce/Business -Administration will be given strong preference
• Excellent Command Over Tamil, English & Hindi (Writing & Speaking)
Experience:-
• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate Admin and HR Activities
• Previous experience in industrial projects shall be given preference
• Previous experience in SAP will be given preference
• Good people and communication skills is a must
Job Role & Profile:
• Managing all utilities in the factory and coordinating with agencies such as sipcot water, eb department, drinking water supplier, tea supplier, etc.
• Managing admin related purchases such as stationery, first aid, safety items, printer toner, etc.
• Coordinating with Bank for opening of salary accounts for new joiners
• Supervising housekeeping staff and ensure clean working environment
• Provide support to E&I Asst. Manager for up-keep and maintain of common utilities such as computer, cameras, digital attendance system etc.
• Represent HR dept. in Audits with all documentations.
• Handle Compliances, Related to factory, Wage, Fire dept., PT and others
• Coordinating with HR Consultant and Monitoring HR related compliance (ESI/PF, etc.)
• Preparation of HR related documents letters, monthly attendance, pay slips, etc.
• Coordinating with HR Consultant and completing joining and Exit formalities of all employees
• Liaison with government agencies and obtaining statutory permissions as and when required
• Liaison with locals and finding resolution as and when required
• Uploading job openings on web portal, filtering CV's and passing relevant CV's to HODs and GM Operations
• Provide "on-call" and loading/unloading labour (though manpower suppliers) to HODs as and when required
• Development of new manpower suppliers and coordination with existing ones
• Ensure safe working environment at all times
• Attendance / Leave tracking and record keeping of all company employees, contract staff, security agencies and other manpower agencies
• Staff Statutory registrations PF ESIC PT etc.
• Maintain statutory record and registers- Leave register, Attendance register, Wage register, Leave with wages etc.
• New Staff On boarding, Documentation induction, Training
• Monthly attendance finalization
• Grievance handling and escalation
• Policy Implementation
• Training of staff and documentation.
• Interview coordination
• Guesthouse management
