Job Description
As an HR Executive , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.
You will work closely with the leadership team to create and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process for all open positions, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and a positive candidate experience Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture and understand their role and responsibilities Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment Develop and implement performance management processes and programs to support employee growth and development, including goal-setting, performance feedback, and coaching Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations issues Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Ensure HR-related data is accurate and up-to-date in HRMS systems
