About The Role

ClickRetina, a leading digital marketing company, is looking for an experienced HR Executive to oversee and enhance HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of human resource management, employee engagement, and compliance policies. This role involves recruitment, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

• Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

• Managing job postings and recruitment campaigns

• Employee Onboarding & Orientation

• Handling new hire documentation

• Conducting induction and training sessions

• Introducing employees to company policies and culture

• Payroll & Compensation Management

• Processing salaries, incentives, and bonuses

• Managing employee benefits like insurance and leaves

• Ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws

• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Addressing employee grievances and concerns

• Organizing team-building activities and wellness programs

• Handling conflict resolution and workplace disputes

• Training & Development

• Identifying training needs and arranging programs

• Coordinating leadership and skill development sessions

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to tasks.
