Human Resources Executive
We are looking for an HR Executive to assist our company’s recruiting, and employee performance programs. The HR Executive handles a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Act as employees' primary point of contact regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Assist in resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
• Foster employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events and activities to promote team building and positive work culture
