Tibbs Foods Private Limited is on the lookout for a HR Executive – someone who has a knack for stakeholder management and is “the person” that our operations team members could go to for advice and feedback. Are you the one we are looking for?

Tasks & Responsibilities: -
• Be present “on the field” to visit our stores and gather employee feedback (primary data)
• Implement new company policies at our stores
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Manage and complete life cycle of employees at the store
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
• Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
• Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Play an active part in recruitment for key positions within the organisation (and should also possess knowledge about different recruitment channels and portals)

Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s degree
• Industry experience in the field of retail, hospitality, QSR, consumer goods
• Prior experience in the field of HR and/or team management is strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel and visit our stores across Mumbai
• Knowledge in payroll compliance and labour law is strongly preferred
