Role: HR Executive (80% Recruitment & 20% Generalists)
No of Positions - 2
Experience: 0-4 yrs
Location: Mumbai
Education qualification: Any Graduate
Role & Experience:
• Get directions from the Manager HR about the new positions, contribute actively in planning
• Cycle of such new requirements and implement them.
• Completely responsible for end to end recruitment.
• Planning and Handling Lateral Recruitment. Demonstrated strong track record in handling a recruitment through various sources.
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Making Candidates aware of the interview date and scheduling them for the interview and keeping track of them till they are selected and joined.
• Taking care of the selected candidates’ joining formalities & other procedures.
• Maintain weekly recruitment report.
• Generate offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates issue them.
• Employee reference check.
• Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist
• Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of all the
Designations.
Candidate Preference:
· Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present on subject matter
Positive & Go getter attitude/approach
• Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Should be good in making different strategies to use different platforms and mediums for sourcing best profiles of candidates depending upon the type of positions, viz; Naukri, LinkedIn, campus hiring, headhunting etc.
• Should be good in negotiating.
• Good command on English
