Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the HR domain. HR Executive plays a crucial role for managing hiring and implementing HR programs initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will support the HR department in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, training and development. HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment and selection process of candidates for various positions within an organization.

As a HR executive you will manage Job posting, search candidates in different portal, sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates who meet the company's requirements and contribute to its growth and success. The HR Executive works closely with HR team members, Recruitment consultants and placement companies to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals.

As a HR Executive, you will be additionally responsible to promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Recruitment-
• Collaborate with different team to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various channels (job portal, social media, recruitment consultant, placement company etc.) to attract and identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and through video calls, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR managers to evaluate candidate profiles, participate in selection decisions, and provide recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, considering industry trends, market conditions, and the organization's hiring needs.
• Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing job offers, conducting background checks, and coordinating new employee orientation.
• Maintain recruitment-related data and provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics to monitor and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Selection and Onboarding-
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience and smooth integration into the company.
• Coordinate and participate in the selection process, including reference checks and employment offers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation programs.
• Prepare and distribute Joining Kit.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure new hires have necessary equipment, access to systems, and training resources.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledges.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs during the onboarding period.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process, making recommendations for improvement.

Operation-
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
• Mediate and resolve employee issues, open communication and a supportive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in HR-related processes.

Compliance and Documentation-
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and employee information in the HRMS.
• Prepare and distribute employment offers, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR procedures related to recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

Offboarding Process-
• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and ensuring compliance with legal and security requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant departments, such as IT and Facilities, to ensure the completion of necessary offboarding tasks (e.g., deactivating access to systems, returning equipment, revoking building access).
• Create and maintain offboarding checklists, documentation, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in the offboarding process.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their employment experience, reasons for leaving, and suggestions for improvement.
• Analyse and summarize exit interview data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential issues that need to be addressed.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the HR team and relevant stakeholders based on exit interview findings.

Skills Required:-
• Proven experience as an HR Executive and Recruitment role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and ethical practices related to recruitment and selection.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Education Qualification and Work Experience :-

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in same field.
