Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Executive to join our team at Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s human resources initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and conducting initial interviews.
• Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in payroll processing and handle employee queries related to salaries, leaves, and other HR matters.
• Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Help resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in performance management processes and training coordination.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
