We have Urgent Requirement for HR Executive.
Exp – 0-1 Yrs.
Salary – Upto 2.40 LPA
Location - CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Industry - IT Hardware Sales & Services.
Tasks & Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and counseling to ensure a positive work environment.
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the company.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and conduct performance evaluations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, employee benefits, and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and attendance records.
Conduct exit interviews and maintain data on employee turnover and retention to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Key skills and qualifications of a Sales Executive:
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in HR or Related Field.
1+ Years of experience in HR Management.
Strong knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS Systems.
Office Timings- +:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon – Sat)
