Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and smooth onboarding of new hires.

Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, or conflict resolution.

Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain and update employee attendance, leave records, and ensure adherence to company policies.

HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee files, issuing letters, and documentation.

Policy Implementation: Ensure all HR policies, processes, and code of conduct are clearly communicated and properly implemented.

Performance Management: Assist in organizing appraisal cycles, feedback sessions, and support managers in employee evaluations.

Training & Development: Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.

Payroll Support: Work with finance/admin to ensure accurate salary processing, bonus disbursement, and reimbursements.

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute team-building activities, wellness programs, and festive celebrations to boost morale.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure company compliance with labor laws, maintain necessary reports, and assist during internal/external audits.
