HR Officer – Generalist Detailed Profile
The Human Resource Generalist is accountable for supporting the Human Resource needs of their assigned Branch(es’) employee relations, employee engagement, policy and legal compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll processing, and employee.
Designation - HR – Officer
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification : – MBA – HR / PGDM – HR
Work experience: Minimum 2-10 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
• knowledge of record keeping in respect of PF, ESIC, P. Tax, LWF, HR Audit & Labour Act
• Having excellent Lesioning with statutory authorities for successfully carrying out inspections and settlement of queries.
• Mainly responsible for Payroll, PF, ESIC, POSH and other compliance Related matters.
• To prepare the monthly PF statement, PF Challan & process the PF withdrawals.
• To maintain the Salary, Attendance, Deduction & OT Register
• To maintain the Form No. F & Process gratuity application form
• Managing & taking care of Shop & establishment compliance's as per the various Acts & maintaining register.
• Creates & execute administrative management work plans.
• Maintain & update all Personnel record time to time.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
