Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process, establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
Assist in the daily workflow of the Human Resources department
Assisting the organization's staffing budget and is responsible for the budget for the HR department
Managing all associate Benefits programs, assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, and obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids
All aspects of Compensation Management
Establishing compensation plans, conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling, and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay increase budgets, implementing pay structure revisions, and developing motivational bonus plans
Managing Succession Planning, working with managers to identify and develop internal candidates with potential to fill key business leadership positions within the company through systematic evaluation process and testing
Maintaining management policies, procedures, guidelines, and the Associate Handbook
Assist the Training Manager with training programs on an on-going basis and making recommendations as necessary to ensure quality and consistency
Associate Discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Manage new hire, onboarding, and performance management process within ADP
Work collaboratively and strategically on a team of 5, which includes a Payroll Manager, HR Generalist, HR Director and Training and Development/Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist with 5+ years of experience to support our HR department in various functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, senior-level recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. You will:
