Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and support performance management processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
