Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our workforce, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll, OSHA regulations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for English and Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring clear communication across the workforce.

• Lead the day-to-day HR operation.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, including warehouse and forklift safety training.

• Oversee payroll processing using Rippling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Provide guidance on Company policies and procedures and address any issues in a timely manner.

• Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

• Partner with HR consultant to implement HR strategies and drive organizational goals.

• Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.

• Assist with special projects as needed.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Able to conduct all tasks and responsibilities with complete confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, wholesale, or fashion environment.

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse/forklift safety standards preferred.

• Experience handling payroll; knowledge of Rippling is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse workforce.

• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
