Job Description
Hiring a talented HR Generalist to manage the HR function for a rapidly growing Indian freight forwarding organization. The organization has a very exciting road map ahead and is at an inflexion point of growth.
This is not a routine HR role! The successful candidate, will play a catalytical role by scaling up the organization, supporting organization wide change and transformation while simultaneously working with business leaders & managers to support continued business deliverables.
Responsibilities
• Manage the HR function end to end, i.e. from hire to exit
• Be a true partner to business managers and provide superior people advisory
• Help build superior people experience and a great place to work
• Develop and / or deploy HR policies, processes, systems aligned to the business requirements
• Complete recruitment cycle management
• New joinee onboarding and integration
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and labor/statutory requirements
• People analytics
• Drive/oversee annual process performance management, salary review, etc.
Work from Office
Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• Min 2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage pressure
• Willingness to work in freight forwarding industry
