About the Internship:
We're seeking an HR associate with 0-1 years of experience and a track record of identifying, engaging, and closing candidates across all levels, one who takes action and is adept at influencing key partners. You are driven and you will always find ways of improving the quality of your work. Our startup is constantly evolving, so we are in need of someone who is a curious learner, flexible, and comfortable adapting to change. As an HR associate, you will lead Swipe's recruiting team to fully meet talent needs and support Swipe's rapid growth in India.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop, drive and implement recruitment strategy and execute hiring plans
2. Initiate and manage staffing policies, activities, and programs
3. Engage in timely and appropriate communications with the candidates
4. Create and lead recruiting programs to drive hiring progress
5. Lead and coach team members to ensure team productivity and high performance
6. Manage job postings and hiring channels
7. Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2. 0-1 years experience in human resources
3. Strong recruiting and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies (preferable)
4. Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees (preferable)
5. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
6. Attention to detail and good judgment
7. Comfortable working in a high-growth startup
