Requirements of the Human Resources (HR) Director:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
Must have, as a minimum, five (5) year(s) experience in Human Resources Administration, preferably in a long-term care or hospital setting

Responsibilities of the Human Resources (HR) Director:Performance management and improvement systems;Organization development and training in support of organizational directives;Management of Employment and compliance/ regulatory concerns;Employee staffing, orientation, development, and training;Policy implementation and education;Employee relations including direction of the employee engagement committee;Compensation and benefits administration;Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health management including management of location Workers Compensation and Unemployment programs
