About the job:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual passionate about human resources and executive support? We at D4C seek a talented 'HR Executive Assistant' who would directly report to the CEO.
Mission: Find the best talent on the planet to hire or collaborate with globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
2. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
3. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
4. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for executives.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and time-off requests.
6. Assist with HR-related projects, such as training initiatives and employee engagement programs.
7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Discover talent and set up meetings with the right members.
