Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace productivity.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and payroll coordination.

- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee grievance handling.

- Organize and manage employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events.

- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.

- Collaborate with senior management to implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
