Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding job descriptions given by clients

2. Sourcing candidates through different job portals like naukri, shine, linkedin etc. and social media platforms

3. Screening candidates and discuss the given job descriptions over phone

4. Taking follow-ups of candidates during interview process like face-to-face, HOD, HR round

5. Post follow-ups of joined candidates

6. Posting jobs and mass-mailing for bulk hiring from entry level to senior level positions
