About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handling end-to-end recruitment
• Managing bulk hiring
• Sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals
• Headhunting profiles as per requirement from various job portals
• Planing interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews .
• Coordinating and conducting walk-in interview drives
• Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Keeping records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Handling salary negotiation
• Preparing offer letters
• Coordinating with candidates for pre-medical requirements
• Maintaining a complete MIS
