Job Description
• Interview scheduling: Manage and schedule interviews using Google Calendar and Google Meet, including sending invites and confirmations to candidates.
• Candidate portfolio management: Maintain, update, and organize candidate profiles and applications on Internshala and other recruitment platforms.
• Meeting coordination: Ensure smooth coordination of interviews by handling rescheduling, guest additions, and technical arrangements.
• Candidate communication: Act as the point of contact for candidates, addressing queries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Reminder management: Send timely reminders to candidates and interviewers for scheduled interactions.
• Interview support: Attend candidate interviews to gain exposure and assist in coordinating the HR process.
• Recruitment process assistance: Support HR executives in screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates as per hiring requirements.
• Platform management: Explore and utilize features of Google Workspace (Google Meet, Calendar, etc.) to improve meeting and recruitment coordination.
• Documentation & reporting: Maintain records of scheduled interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment progress reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end hiring process.
