About Company:
We, at Skillish, provide students with 3-4 live sessions weekly that help students to clarify their doubts and learn more efficiently. Usually, the online session runs for 1 to 2 hours in the evening. The live sessions are being recorded which enables the students who missed the class to have a look at the previously uploaded videos that will be posted after the live session. If you are unable to understand, we can also arrange a live doubt session to make you clear about everything. Our experts are the ones that have 8- 10 years of experience in their respective fields as we are tied up with the popular and excellent MNCs.

About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and updating job descriptions

2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)

3. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

4. Screening incoming resumes and application forms

5. Prescreening calls, aligning meetings, and interviews with the hiring manager

6. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

7. Sending job offer emails and answering queries about compensation and benefits

8. Monitoring key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire

9. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs

10. Acting as a support to new hires and helping them onboard

11. Developing own network of suitable candidates

12. Handling administration and record-keeping

13. Drafting and posting job descriptions

14. Preparing job offers

15. Networking with various institutions and social media

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 5th May'23 and 9th Jun'23

3. are available for duration of 3 months
