TaxBlock is a mission-oriented early-stage fin-tech startup that is building a suite of carefully tailored financial products and delivery mechanisms to fulfill the aspirations and needs of individuals and SMEs/corporates across India.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the hiring requirements closely
2. Coordinating the recruitment process
3. Following up on the interview status
4. Collecting all the required data and documents from the candidates
5. Working on various policies of the company
6. Maintaining the database and MIS
7. Managing joining formalities of the contractees
8. Conducting employee engagement activities
+. Maintaining attendance sheet
10. Working on contractual hiring
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Apr'23 and 6th May'23
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:
INR 5,000 /month
